1. Eligibility for Refunds
- A refund request must be raised within 7 days of course purchase, unless otherwise specified during the enrollment.
- Refunds are applicable only if the course has not been fully accessed or completed.
- Refunds will be considered in cases of duplicate payment or technical errors during the transaction.
2. Non-Refundable Cases
- If the course or content was delivered as promised.
- If more than 30% of the course has been accessed or completed.
- Change of mind, personal reasons, or lack of usage of the platform.
3. Refund Process

- Our team will review your request and respond within 3–5 business days.
- Approved refunds will be credited back to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
4. Cancellation Policy
Subscription-based services may be canceled anytime. However, access will remain valid until the end of the billing cycle, and no partial refunds will be issued.
